Frequently Asked Questions
All our classes are 55 minutes intensive.
Yes, in the case that there isn’t an offer available, the registration fee for new students is €50, however if the first time you sign up you stay with us for at least three months, it becomes valid for life. This means that you will never have to pay the registration fee again.
Yes, everyone needs to do a level test which consists of two parts. A short grammar test and a video call with one of our teachers. That way we are able to have a better understanding of your level of English in a variety of skills, (speaking, writing, knowledge of grammar), as well as a learner profile which allows us to offer you the most suitable groups in relation to the results of the test.
Here at Diagonal English we understand that many people find it hard to make the time to study English and quite often, having a good working level of English can decide whether you get that job you’re going for or even get promoted to a better paid one.
For that reason, students are able to make up any group classes they miss providing that it is within their selected payment period, whether it being monthly or trimesterly, completely free of charge.
This way we ensure that students make the most of their investment, and also cover the necessary material, ensuring that they and their group progress correctly.
At Diagonal English, we are sure that you will be won over by our teaching approach, however we don’t want to force anyone, who for whatever reason is not convinced by our classes. For that reason we offer a week’s trial (2 classes) for all our group classes and if after signing up, you’re not satisfied, we’ll give you your back money…. it’s that simple.
